Q: When CASH 4LAPTOP pays for shipping; how do I ship my laptop?
We will send out you a box, It takes approximately 5 business days for the package to arrive. All you need to do is put your laptop in the package, adhere the shipping label to the box, and drop the box at your UPS drop-off location. You will not be charged any shipping fees. The shipping cost is not be deducted from your payment check either. Once the laptop is delivered to us we check the accuracy of the information provided in the quote and send out the check within 24 hours (or the next business day if weekend or holiday). From that point it takes 2-5days for the check to be delivered to the customer.

Q: I have sensitive information stored on my laptop’s hard drive. Should I erase it myself?
We fully erase and reformat each and every hard disk we receive before processing a laptop any further.

Q: How soon will I get my cash?
Once the laptop is delivered to us we check the accuracy of the information provided in the quote and send out the check within 24 hours (or the next business day if weekend or holiday). From that point it takes 2-5days for the check to be delivered to the customer.
